Harvest in as little as 2 days

Step 1: Soak your sprouting seeds

Add 1/4 cup of your seeds to a sprouting jar, and fill with plenty of water, at least 1 cup. Soak for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

In your sprouting kit, you will receive one sprouting jar with filtered lid, one jar stand,  measuring scoop, and organic seeds.

Step 2: Drain & Rinse

After soaking at least 8 hours, drain the seeds by dumping the water through the filtered lid caps from The Sprouting Co.

Once drained, rinse by running new fresh water into the jar, give it a good mix, and drain. Add the jar to the angled sprouting stand to remove any excess water.

Rinse 2x per day for 3-5 days

Final Step: Harvest

Within 3-5 days, your sprouts should be fully sprouted, and ready to harvest which is when sprouts are best to eat. Keep your sprouts refrigerated until finished.
