Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

Please make sure you review the product description and details before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we’re happy to help.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If you purchase an MPBK membership or subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will generally remain available through the end of your current billing period.

Previous subscription payments are not refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect file, or have trouble accessing something you purchased, please reach out to us. We want you to receive what you paid for and will do our best to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

If MPBK offers physical products in the future, the return and exchange terms for those products will be provided separately on the applicable product page or at checkout.
