Trail Mix Protein Bites

These are a simple, and tasty way to get in some good, healthy fats, and carbs that'll keep you going throughout the day! I love to have these stocked in my fridge as a perfect grab and go snack! I make these in bulk so that I can eat them throughout the week.

No baking necessary for these bites! Just mix ingredients together, and roll into small balls, and you're good! I keep mine in the fridge so that they maintain their shape!

Ingredients:

1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

3 tbsp Peanut Butter

3 tsp Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Oat/Nut Milk

2 tbsp Dried Fruit (I used cranberry)

3 scoops (38 g) Protein Powder ( I use Orgain)

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until completely blended. If your mixture is dry, you can add more Maple Syrup or Nut Milk!

Roll into small balls, and store in the refrigerator to keep their shape!

Should come out to about 12-15 balls!

Enjoy!
