So yes, I love love love making lettuce wraps! I find that it makes everything taste so much more flavorful, fresh, and it has the MOST perfect crunch, ever. This "burger" would be great on a cauliflower crust wrap as well. I wish I had mushrooms in my kitchen when I made this, but overall it was soooo tasty. If you love Mediterranean flavors like I do, you'll love this one! I have seen a lot of comments asking how to get the perfect lettuce wrap, so here's what I do. I alway
