I love using super simple ingredients, letting every fresh, vibrant flavor shine through. And this lemon garlic dressing? It’s a game-changer.

It’s tangy, garlicky, and just the right amount of creamy without being heavy. It makes everything—from crisp greens to roasted veggies—taste like heaven. Plus, it takes just minutes to whip up.






What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)

  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil

  • lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspon turmeric for a gold color and delicious flavor

How to Make It:
