Colorful & Delicious Low FODMAP Salad

Recently my doctor has prescribed me to eat a Low FODMAP diet to manage my digestion.

I am determined to have my digestive system properly functioning as it used to so I am going to be following this for the next couple weeks!

Although I don't really think the food I'm eating is causing my stomach problems, I am giving this a shot in the desperate hope that it fixes me!


I made the most delicious salad, and dressing to pair, for my first low FODMAP meal. The only real difference between this salad and how I would've normally made it is by adding garlic to the dressing... so if your digestive system is working properly, have at it with the garlic!



This dressing is my all time favorite! It's creamy, yet still light! My tahini was super thick so I added extra water to my dressing.


As always, add your dressing to the bottom of the jars:

Stir the dressing in the jars very well, and then begin to assemble the salad:
