Date Recovery & Energy Bites
I love to bake with dates, they are such a delicious fruit, and make for the most perfect natural sweetener. (But sadly, I have a horrible addiction to dates!) So I rarely buy them because I can literally eat the entire bag or container of them in a matter of minutes.
I'm so excited I bought them anyway and using them for my daily snack! Everyday I always have some type of protein snack that I eat throughout the day to keep me energized, sustained, and just to keep my pro

Banana Protein Dough Bites
I’ve been making these snacks for so many years! It helps me get more protein into my day, and I think they taste so good. I just recently started using PB fit to cut my calories down and to keep my fat low. If you are not cutting calories, or counting your macros, regular peanut butter works great in this recipe. These are so tasty for a quick snack, I love to have them in my fridge to snack on throughout the day. they do taste like banana, so if you do not like banana, you

Creamy Mushroom, Herb & Sun-dried Tomato Zoodles
I am at a complete loss for words with this dish. It was just absolutely delicious. I grew up eating my mom's version of this which was made with chicken, cream, lots of cheese, and much fewer veggies. So I'm beyond excited to have finally perfected my favorite childhood dish. I can't wait for you to try it! I made a homemade cream sauce instead of actual cream, omitted the cheese, and added mushrooms, chickpeas, spinach and zucchini noodles. Heaven. Zoodles are great for th

Vegan Kale, Bacon & Tofu Caesar with Avocado & Vegan Parm Crisps
Tips for stacking your jars:
Stacking kale over dressing is safe, and even helps the kale break down easier! It is very strong and can sit in the dressing which should always go at the bottom of the jars.
Do NOT add hot food to the jars. Allow bacon/tofu to be completely cooled before adding.
The romaine should go above the tomatoes.
Avocado can be added to the jars if they are doused in fresh lemon juice, but it is best to add the day of eating. Same goes for

Colorful & Delicious Low FODMAP Salad
I made the most delicious salad, and dressing to pair, for my first low FODMAP meal. The only real difference between this salad and how I would've normally made it is by adding garlic to the dressing... so if your digestive system is working properly, have at it with the garlic!
This dressing is my all time favorite! It's creamy, yet still light! My tahini was super thick so I added extra water to my dressing.

It's not too heavy, but still keeps me full! The best part of this salad is the tasty dressing. It's super simple, light and so flavorful! I used the Magiccos Fo

Sweet Potato Tortilla Tacos w/ Black Bean Dip
Homemade tortillas just hit different. I really just love how simple it was to make my own tortillas, and I feel much better eating them knowing that they aren't filled with extra unnecessary ingredients. Simplicity is always key in my kitchen. To make your own tortillas, you'll just need 1 large sweet potato, and your choice of flour! Chop sweet potato into large chunks. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add your sweet potato chunks. Boil until soft and tender. Drain your
